I paint in Oil, Acrylic and Mixed Media, using energetic brushstrokes, suggestive narrative inspired shapes, and a palette of my own mixed colours. My works consist of many layers built up over time and I allow my marks and brushstrokes to flow freely, giving complete trust to my intuition. I work with many mediums such as; charcoal, conte’, acrylic gels, heavy body paint, and transparent glazes, and I use an array of tools; large to small brushes, palette knives, trowels, rags, handmade tools, as well as my fingers!

Sea Series: Liquid Choreography
This collection stems from my location, Crescent Beach, on the West Coast. Each day waters of the Salish Sea bring a new perspective between a surging life force and a calm mirror reflecting the world above. These abstracts explore the boundary between surface reflection and what’s hidden in its depths, mirroring the swells and shifting nature of our own internal landscapes.
